Project: A three-building affordable housing development rising four storeys, delivering 40 residential units for the Tseshaht First Nation in partnership with the City of Port Alberni, contributing to new non-market housing supply in the region.

Stage: Construction Start-up to 50% Complete – construction is progressing following issuance of a $16.6M building permit in August/25. Rezoning was approved on July/24, supported by Building BC Community Housing Fund financing.

Project: A four-storey, 30-unit apartment development proposed as a mass timber modular build, replacing an existing structure within Cumberland’s designated heritage area and introducing contemporary density into the historic village core.
