Judges’ Choice winner for best overall project, 1025 Johnson Street, an integrated building that includes the City of Victoria’s Fire Department Headquarters and 130 affordable rental homes and Class A office space. SOUTH VANCOUVER ISLAND – Nominations are now open for the 2024 Capital Region Commercial Building Awards, presented by Coastal Community Credit Union.
The event will take place on November 28th at the Delta Hotels Victoria Ocean Pointe Resort in Victoria.

Eligible projects must be completed between January 1, 2023, and June 30, 2024, and located in municipalities across South Vancouver Island (south of the Malahat Highway).
There is no cost to nominate a project, Nomination Forms can be found here, and self-nominations are encouraged. The nomination deadline is November 1, 2024. A group of independent judges from real estate related companies and organizations will adjudicate the entries prior to the event.
