Noble BC provides products that help their customers grow and expand

SURREY/KELOWNANoble BC provides products that help their customers grow and expand, and as they’ve done that for over 20 years, the company has grown as well.

They will now have seven locations in B.C. – five in the lower mainland: Mission, Maple Ridge, Surrey (Port Kells), Coquitlam, Vancouver, as well as Sechelt and their brand new location in Kelowna that will open in March.

“While we’ve only been in the BC market for the last 13 years as Noble BC, we have cemented our place as an industry leader,” states John Fu, Business Manager for the 56,000 square foot Port Kells location, and the 15,400 square foot Kelowna operation. “Since the beginning, Noble BC has shown year over year growth, with the last few years showing exponential growth. Noble BC prides itself in aligning with first class customer and vendor partners, and in doing so, have been able to ensure that the valued partnerships are beneficial for all companies involved.”

Fu says the Noble BC team provides solutions to customers spanning from daily communication with our customers in the field, to assisting in the design of a new multi-residential or commercial project, and the management of long term projects often exceeding 24 months in duration.

“We are known as problem solvers,” he adds. “Our people are the biggest key to our success, with the exceptional customer service they provide. That, plus our commitment to invest in inventory for our customers.  Our slogan is ‘You need it? We got it’, and we have a 98% fill rate on our customer orders.”

The story of Noble BC began with the acquisition of MPH Supply, a company founded in 1980, at the end of 2010.  Noble, a subsidiary of Rona, purchased MPH Supply and expanded into the BC market.  In June 2013, Noble (Ontario) was then purchased by Talisker Plumbing Corporation, a subsidiary of Emco Corporation Ltd., and Noble British Columbia was created as a division of Emco Corporation Ltd.

“I was the first external hire for the business,” Fu notes, adding his responsibilities have expanded to where he has full responsibility for the Surrey (Port Kells) and Kelowna locations, customer and vendor relations, and for promoting Noble BC within all the markets it serves.

Noble BC also helps facilitate vendor training for their customers

The team includes on-staff specialists who are available to troubleshoot and help provide solutions, and they have online connections to their expansive vendor network for tech specs. They also help facilitate vendor training for their customers.

The company website states they have a 98 percent fill rate for customers’ requests, and consistent product accuracy.

“Our knowledgeable team is committed to providing exceptional service. We have expert advice as well as the plumbing and heating supplies for our customer’s next service call or large project throughout BC or the surrounding areas,” he notes. “We invite people to come and visit a location near them to experience the Noble BC difference, where our qualified team is waiting to assist them.

“No project is too big or small, as we have everything our customers need from tender quotes to design-assist opportunities, from a large selection of reputable manufacturers,” he adds. “We always ensure we put our customer’s project needs first, and we are committed to delivering the best service in the business.

“We can be counted on as a trusted partner anytime our customers need residential or commercial plumbing supplies and hydronics.”
