Description: A multi-family development consisting of 3 buildings at 4 and 5 storeys, providing 262 apartment units. The project includes a concealed underground parking level, with 289 parking stalls serving all three buildings. The unit mix features studios, one bedroom, two and three bedroom units. The parkade will be accessed via Paddle Road directly from the onsite parking area.
