The main entrance will face Pembroke Street, with additional commercial and industrial frontage along Princess Avenue. Off-site improvements include new sidewalks and landscaping.
Stage: Prebid — building permit valued at $18M and a $1.7M foundation and shoring permit were issued in September 2025. A revised development permit submission was filed in March 2025.
