Project: A two-storey, 70,000 sf industrial shell within the Vancouver Island Technology Park, planned for future light industrial and research-oriented tenants. Work includes extensive site preparation, slab construction, and the forming of tilt-up components that comprise the primary structure.
Stage: Construction is now between start-up and 50 percent complete. Retaining walls and slab work are progressing alongside ongoing tilt-up panel installation. Completion remains targeted for June 2026, supported by an $8.7M building permit issued in May 2025.
