Stage: A rezoning and development permit application was submitted in February 2025 to transition the site from R-2 zoning to a site-specific designation. The project spans 1545 Bay St. to 1551 Bay St.

Project: A seven-storey apartment building replacing an existing three-story structure. The development features 54 residential units ranging from studios to three bedrooms, with one underground parking level accommodating 56 stalls.

Stage: A building permit valued at $19.3M was issued in February 2025. The rezoning and development permit was approved in June 2023. Demolition permits for the existing building and carport were issued in June and July 2024.

Project: A six-story apartment complex featuring 59 residential units on a 0.37-acre property. The development offers nine studio, 35 one-bedroom, 10 two-bedroom, and five three-bedroom units. Amenities include an 800 sf rooftop patio and a 655 sf indoor common room. Parking is provided through 19 surface stalls and 45 underground spaces across 1.5 levels.

Stage: The rezoning application has progressed to Council consideration following an endorsement by the Sustainable Development Advisory Commission in February 2025. The proposed zoning change is from R2 to CC1. The site includes 2795 and 2799 Scafe Rd.
