Project: A 6-storey mixed-use building with 75 apartment units, 1,500 sf of commercial space, and 34 underground parking stalls. Unit mix includes 3 studio, 48 one-bedroom, 18 two-bedroom, and 6 three-bedroom units. The development replaces four existing single-family dwellings and includes eight condominiums on the main level, ranging in size from 420 sf to 965 sf.

Stage: Rezoning and the development permit with variances were approved January/26, following revised submissions through 2024–2025 and earlier community consultations dating back to 2022.
