Project: A comprehensive redevelopment of Carnarvon Park introducing a new recreation centre with childcare space, community rooms, and a small kitchen. Expanded outdoor amenities include a splash park, all-wheels park, new playground, EV charging stations, pickleball and tennis courts, an off-leash dog area, an accessible perimeter path, and upgraded sidewalks and parking.

Stage: Final design approval was issued in November 2025, with demolition of existing park structures anticipated in early 2026 ahead of phased construction of the new building and park amenities.

Project: A two-storey residential building with three principal dwelling units and two secondary suites on a .14-acre parcel. The mix includes a four-bedroom home of 1,900 square feet, a two-bedroom unit of 1,200 square feet, a three-bedroom unit of 1,350 square feet, and secondary suites of 410 and 600 square feet, supported by two on-site parking stalls.

Stage: A revised development permit submission was filed in December 2025 under delegated authority.

Project: A two-building commercial development providing 15,000 square feet of office space for the Mann Group, including Don Mann Excavating, RG Excavation, and Access Shoring & Drilling. A second building, 15,900 square feet, houses shop facilities, storage, wash stations, and a fuel station on the 7.5-acre site.

Stage: Construction is over 50 percent complete, with completion anticipated in the spring of 2026.
