Stage: Building permit application for $2.6M (8 units) submitted in July 2025. A demolition permit for the former single-family dwelling was issued in May 2025. Development permit approved in September 2024.

Project: Seventeen three-storey buildings delivering 50 townhouse units and 100 parking stalls on a 3.1-acre site. The mix includes eight duplexes, two triplexes, and seven fourplexes, with unit sizes from 1,600 to 1,800 sf and layouts offering three bedrooms with a den/bonus room or four bedrooms.

Stage: Construction is between start underway. Building permit for $1.4M (4 units) issued in July 2025, following earlier permits for $1.1M (3 units) in May 2025 and $739K (duplex) in March 2025. Development permit approved in January 2025.
