Project: Two-building residential development on a 1.9-acre site, with 52 condominium units. Building 1 is four storeys with 42 units; Building 2 is three storeys with nine units. The project includes one underground level with 102 parking stalls plus 15 surface stalls.

Stage: Development permit application — referred to the Advisory Design Panel in July 2025 regarding building height.

Project: Multi-phase residential community on a 2.8-acre property. Three buildings are planned: Building A, a six-storey structure with 82 units and a childcare facility on the main level; Buildings B and C, four-storey residential buildings with one-level parkades, each featuring 73 units. In total, 228 apartments are planned, ranging from 485 to 1,200 sf, including 27 studio, 96 one-bedroom, 78 two-bedroom, and 27 three-bedroom units. The project includes 1,981 sf of institutional space and two levels of underground parking with 286 stalls. Existing buildings will be removed.

Stage: Rezoning application — approved July 2025, pending revisions to road design to allow greater connection to Comox Ave.

Project: Subdivision development on a 3.94-acre site to include 15 buildings, two and three storeys, totalling 40 townhouse units and 40 residential lots in a bare land strata. Unit sizes range from 700 sf three-bedroom layouts to 2,870 sf four-bedroom homes, with attached two-car garages. Configurations include five duplexes and 10 triplexes.

Stage: Development permit application — approved August 2025, following submission in August 2024.
