Project: Plans outline a three-storey mixed-use development featuring 17 apartment units above one level of underground parking. The building design seamlessly blends ground-floor commercial space with upper residential units, integrating EV-ready stalls, bicycle parking, and a landscaped walkway that leads to a pavilion viewing structure and a rain garden adjacent to Diver Lake.

Stage: Development permit application was submitted in October 2025 and remains under municipal review.

Project: The Mansfield Centre redevelopment envisions a six-storey transformation of the existing plaza, introducing 137 apartment units above 11 ground-floor commercial spaces totalling 12,500 sf. The project includes two underground parking levels with 166 stalls, 22 EV charging stations, a landscaped pedestrian frontage, and a second-floor amenity deck.

Stage: Rezoning received first, second, and third readings in September 2025, with a development permit application submitted in August 2023.

Project: Designs call for a 6,164 sf commercial building providing 23 parking stalls. The layout divides the structure between a veterinary clinic and leasable commercial space with a shared service area.

Stage: Construction has started, following the issuance of a $1.9 million building permit in October 2025. The development permit was approved in August 2025.
