Project: The Sherman Road development combines 58 apartment units and 34 townhouses within a four-storey mixed housing community. The design features 19 accessible homes, comprising 14 units for women and families, as well as a variety of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts.
Stage: Building permits valued at $41.2 million were issued in October 2025 for the full build-out. Funding from BC Housing and municipal grants supports the project, with construction completion targeted for December 2027.

Project: Proposals feature a combination of a four-storey apartment building with 20–30 units and six three-storey townhouse buildings with four units each. The site design includes a landscaped courtyard amenity, an underground parkade, and a 2.2 m bike path along Nelson Road.
Stage: A revised rezoning application was submitted in October 2025, following an initial submission in July 2025.

Project: The Landing is a five-storey, 104-unit apartment development providing 49,410 sf of residential space and 99 parking stalls. The unit mix includes 40 studios, 32 larger studios, 24 one-bedroom units, and 8 two-bedroom units, with six units available at below-market rates.
Stage: Construction is set to begin in late November 2025, following demolition of a single-family dwelling and carriage house earlier in the year. Permitting and approvals were advanced through 2024–2025 to prepare the site for the commencement of building.
