The main level features CRUS, which ranges from 270 to 960 sf; the second level includes four 920 to 1,200 sf one-bedroom hotel units; and a 3,700 sf three-bedroom apartment occupies the third floor.
Stage: Construction started in March 2024. It is now over 50% complete, with interiors underway and targeted for completion in July 2025. The $2.5M building permit was issued in May 2024, and the zoning and development permit was approved in July 2023.

Project: Sewer system upgrades at three sites, part of the 2023 Sewer Master Plan:
Hemlock Street Lift Station

Stage: Design. Council approved the final construction design in April 2025 for a 2026 construction start. A Canadian Housing Infrastructure Fund application was submitted in May 2025. These upgrades represent projects 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6 of the $13M Sewer Master Plan—estimated budget: $3,610,000.
