Stage: The Electoral Area Services Committee advanced the development permit application in March 2025, and it is now under Board consideration.

Project: This two-storey, 21,400 sf commercial building will serve as a Nissan dealership with underground vehicle storage and at-grade display areas. The structure will feature flat roofing, step-backs between storeys, LED wall pack lighting, and a façade of corrugated metal, aluminum composite, concrete panels, and red accent panels for signage. Glazing is used extensively across the building.
Stage: The site is in early construction, with demolition and site servicing underway. Construction will begin shortly following a building permit application valued at $7.1 million in March 2024.
