Project: The development consists of 5 buildings, each six storeys, with 333 apartment units and 18 townhouse units, 4,800 sf of retail space, and 536 parking stalls. The 5-parcel property includes five duplexes and eight townhouses in Buildings B and E. Building A features a 6-storey apartment with five studio units, 54 one-bedroom units, and 33 two-bedroom units. Buildings C and D include units to be determined, with 4,800 sf of CRU space. The project also features a 4,500 sf community building, outdoor pool, and garden plot area.
Stage: A building permit application for $20.1M was submitted in July 2024 for 92 units, with approval anticipated following a road alignment amendment in January 2025. The road closure and land exchange were approved in January 2025. The development permit for Phase 1 – Building 1 (6 storeys, 92 units) was approved in December 2023. Rezoning for the entire project was approved in January 2023.
