Project: Three six-storey buildings bring 233 residential homes to a six-acre parcel, supported by 275 parking stalls and a full mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. The development includes extensive site works, landscaped areas, and integrated commercial and hotel components that complete the Shorewood Village program.
Stage: Construction is advancing, with a building permit issued in November 2025 for 82 units, following earlier parkade permitting. The development permit, approved in 2020, established the form, character, and site layout guiding the phased build, now moving into framing in early 2026.
