Project: A four-building mixed-use development offering 12 apartments, five townhouse units, 12 hotel rooms, and 2,500 square feet of commercial space, envisioned for pub, restaurant, bistro, and boutique retail uses. The clustered site plan is oriented along Marine Drive, with a park dedication fronting Big Beach Park.

Stage: Rezoning and development permit applications, including a request for a four-lot subdivision, were advanced by Council in December 2025 to a public hearing.

Project: A five-storey residential building with 79 condominium homes, underground parking for 99 vehicles, and a defined unit mix of one- and two-bedroom homes on a 3.3-acre site. Future site development will be determined as subsequent phases progress.

Stage: In December 2025, a development permit was reissued, with the building permit application expected shortly.

Project: The two-building rental development of five and six storeys proposes 171 apartments supported by surface and underground parking. The unit mix includes studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes designed to serve a broad range of households.

Stage: A building permit application for 171 units was submitted in December 2025.
