LADYSMITH – 510 Sixth Ave (institutional add/alter) School – Ladysmith Primary and Intermediate Schools – Seismic Upgrade and Expansion

Stage: Design – finalization underway with procurement active for architectural services and CM-led modular delivery, with RFPs closing May/26 and construction targeted for fall/26 start. Budget: $52M.
