Project: This industrial development spans three buildings, totalling 64,000 sf. Buildings A and B will offer 39,000 sf across 20 multi-tenant units with 33 parking stalls. Building C, located at 4300 Forge Rd, will provide 25,000 sf for 10 multi-tenant industrial units with 10 loading bays and 27 parking stalls.

Stage: Building permit applications for all three buildings were submitted in March 2025, with construction valued at over $11M. A revised development permit application was submitted in late 2024, reflecting changes to scope and layout across the site.

Project: Two 4-storey apartment buildings are planned for this site, featuring 22 rental units and under-building parking. The buildings will be finished with hardipanel siding.

Stage: A building permit application valued at $4M was submitted in June 2024. Demolition was completed in 2022, and development permit approvals were issued in late 2024. Construction is expected to begin summer 2025.

Project: This large-scale housing development includes six buildings between 2 and 4 storeys on a 2.17-acre site. The plan calls for 74 apartment and 38 townhouse units, offering a mix of 4 studio, 51 one-bedroom, 29 two-bedroom, and 28 three-bedroom units. Eighty-six parking stalls are planned, including 36 surface and 50 underground.

Stage: The design phase is underway as financing is being finalized. Rezoning and an official community plan amendment were approved in December 2024.
