SOUTH VANCOUVER ISLAND – An all-time record number of Finalists have been announced for the November 24 Capital Region Commercial Building Awardspresented by UDI Capital Region, at the Delta Hotels Victoria Ocean Pointe Resort in Victoria.

A total of 58 finalists have been announced, which is the largest number of buildings entered into Commercial Building Awards held across the province coordinated by the Business Examiner.

“We’re overwhelmed with the response for these awards,” says John MacDonald, Publisher of the Business Examiner News Group. “To have this number of finalists after the past couple of Covid years is amazing, but also reflective of the resiliency of the construction industry, which has kept building during very difficult, unprecedented times.

“The buildings that have been nominated for these awards are outstanding, and a real tribute to the owners, designers and builders who have made these dreams become reality.”
