Premium Living Victoria offers a number of options for residential installations
VICTORIA – Premium Living Victoria products help customers feel more secure, and better about how their homes and office buildings look.
The company offers door, screen, awning and security products to clients in Greater Victoria, the Gulf Islands and all over Vancouver Island, but their staple is commercial and residential garage doors, including parking and driveway gates.
“We also offer security products such as scissor gates, window barriers and roll shutters,” says Cindy Kent, the company’s Finance and General Manager. “We do a lot of newer buildings, parkade gates and preventative maintenance on a number of buildings around town.
“We’ve had a lot of inquiries lately, more for parkade gates as they offer protection to residents,” she adds. “As we work with a number of builders and developers in the city, there are several driveway gates and parkade gates projects that we are working on at the moment.”
Premium Living Victoria has seen its greater growth in the commercial parkade and driveway gate divisions, due to the number of buildings that are being built in south Vancouver Island.
“We also offer preventative maintenance service for parkades to ensure they are kept in working order,” Cindy points out. “We have also seen growth in our security division. With the recent provincial security grants being promoted by the BC Chamber of Commerce, we think more businesses are going to start looking at security options for their storefronts.”

Cindy has been with the company for over three years, joining when Garage Door Depot and Wizard Screens merged in 2020. Both companies started in 2012, and in 2021, Doornomics joined the fold under the Premium Living Victoria banner.

Cindy says “We offer a wide range of products and services, but the most successful part of our operation is our team. We have a great group of people with many years of experience, so our customers get Premium customer service no matter what product they are purchasing.
“Our team works well together, and that translates into working seamlessly with our customers because we have great back-end support,” she says, adding they have 10 people on staff. “With our experienced team, they know what to do for pretty much every situation. If one person isn’t sure, they can just ask someone else who can come over and help, and everyone helps each other.”
