VICTORIA – Premium Living Victoria is a one-stop shop for improving the physical space of businesses and homes.
The company offers door, screen, awnings and security products from Doornomics Doors, Gates and Automation, Wizard Screen Solutions and The Garage Door Depot to customers in Greater Victoria and all over Vancouver Island, including the Gulf Islands.
Cindy Kent is the Finance and General Manager of the company, which she joined in 2020 after the merger between Garage Door Depot and Wizard Screens & More, firms that were founded in 2012. That company merged with Doornomics in October 2021 and they are all now under the Premium Living Victoria banner.
“As the products we offer complement each other, when we go to install a new parkade gate, we can also talk about an awning for their store front,” Kent explains. “Or, when we are measuring a house for new window screens, we can add in a garage door service. Our cross specialization lets us better service our customers and save them time, and in turn, they help our company grow by word of mouth to their friends and colleagues.”
Kent notes that there is a balanced demand for the company’s products.
“Our summer is busy with people needing new window screens, patio sliding screen doors and retractable screen doors, while throughout the entire year we see customers needing repairs to their garage doors or are looking to replace the doors,” she states. “We also offer retractable awnings for both residential and commercial clients.”
Their store is at 493 Burnside Road East, Unit B in Victoria. Their team provides repairs and servicing for the products they sell.
They also offer security products, including roll shutters, window barriers and security gates to keep homes and businesses safe from intruders.
Premium Living Victoria’s goal, as stated on their website, “is to uphold a premium service standard, true to our name, while charging fair prices, giving value to our customers, and offering them one place to meet many of their home and business comfort, access, and security needs.”
