VICTORIA – Owners of the land at West Shore Parks & Recreation (WSPR) next to the Juan de Fuca Rec Centre—the cities of Colwood, Langford, the District of Highlands, the District of Metchosin, and the town of View Royal—have pledged a total of $459,600 toward the construction of a 13,000 square foot skatepark in the park’s lower section.
