SOUTH VANCOUVER ISLAND – Nominations are now open for the Capital Region Commercial Building Awards, presented by UDI Capital Region.
The event will take place on November 24th at the Delta Hotels Victoria Ocean Pointe Resort in Victoria.
“We’re beyond excited to help celebrate and promote the top commercial real estate projects and developers across the region this year,” says John MacDonald, Publisher of the Business Examiner News Group. “It will be great to get people together and celebrate the great buildings they have dreamed, designed, built and paid for.”

Eligible projects must be completed between January 1, 2021, and July 31, 2022, and located in municipalities across South Vancouver Island.
There is no charge to nominate a project, Nomination Forms can be found here, and self-nominations are encouraged. The nomination deadline is October 28th, 2022. A group of independent judges from real estate related companies and organizations will adjudicate the entries prior to the event.

There will also be a Judges’ Choice Award for the Best Overall entry, a printed Souvenir Program handed out to each attendee (link here to the Central/North Island event’s most recent program).
Tickets to the awards are $150 + GST, and will be available for sale in September.
