“We are thrilled to have so many exciting projects in the pipeline, and better yet, to provide the opportunity for many skilled tradespeople to take part in building a better Vancouver Island.”

IWCD’s Vice-President and Owner Patrick Brandreth knows the importance of maintaining a strong employee foundation to further build from.

“We are quite fortunate to have so many dedicated and talented individuals within the company, without these people, we would never have been able to achieve all the successes that we have to date. However as workload increases, so must our talent base, hence why we took a hard look at our compensation package and revamped it to what we believe to be the most attractive in the industry on Vancouver Island.” says Brandreth
