FINALISTS ANNOUNCED FOR 2025 CAPITAL REGION COMMERCIAL BUILDING AWARDS

VICTORIA, B.C. – The finalists for the 2025 Capital Region Commercial Building Awards, presented by Ply Gem Canada, have been announced. A total of 47 projects and 14 companies have been selected as finalists for this year’s event, which will be held at an evening gala with more than 250 industry leaders in attendance, on November 27, 2025, at the Delta Ocean Pointe Resort in Victoria.

The annual awards recognize excellence in commercial, industrial, institutional, and multi-family projects across the Capital Region. New to this year’s event are awards for the developers, architects, engineers, and contractors who have contributed to outstanding projects that enhance the built environment and community.

“Each year, the Capital Region Commercial Building Awards showcase the talent, innovation, and investment shaping our communities,” says John MacDonald, Commercial Broker at RE/MAX Commercial and Owner of the Business Examiner News Group. “This year’s finalists represent the incredible diversity of projects driving the region forward, from large-scale developments to creative small business spaces.”

Each Finalist will be evaluated by an independent panel, consisting of: Mike Kozakowski, Founder of Citified Media, Greg Rounis, Partner and Real Estate Appraiser at Cunningham & Rivard Appraisals Alanna Gagliani, Senior Associate at D.R. Coell & Associates, and Bo Lott, Owner of D. Fritz Appraisals.
