VICTORIA – Greater Victoria’s most anticipated annual culinary event, Dine Around and Stay in Town Victoria, officially began January 23rd. Presented by Destination Greater Victoria and the BC Restaurant and Foodservices Association, Victoria Branch, the program invites residents and visitors to savour the region’s vibrant food scene while enjoying accommodation and performing arts offerings.
Running today until February 8, 2026, this year’s program features more than 60 restaurants offering curated menus at fixed price points of $25, $35, $45, $55, $65, and $75. Guests can complement their dining experience with special “Stay in Town” accommodation rates from 15 Greater Victoria hotels, ranging from $129 to $259 per night, ideal for a winter staycation or a full evening out. New this year, the program welcomes Greater Victoria’s performing arts community, offering meaningful discounts on select shows and performances. The expanded offerings encourage guests to create a complete evening itinerary with dinner, a show, and a night out.
The program launched last night at the sold-out Dine Around and Stay in Town Gala, hosted at the Crystal Garden with the highest number of participating restaurants to date and a full room of industry leaders, partners, and guests. Attendees enjoyed early previews of 2026 Dine Around menus while connecting with local chefs, restaurateurs and collaborators who continue to elevate Greater Victoria’s culinary scene. The event set the stage for another successful year of celebrating local food, hospitality, and performing arts.
