Casterland is a family business that has been part of Adrianna’s life for 25 years. She oversees operations across eight Western Canadian locations and leads their long-term strategy: growth, modernization, acquisitions, and culture.
“My role bridges day-to-day execution with big-picture direction, ensuring we continue to thrive today while building resilience for the future,” Adrianna notes. “My family purchased the original location 25 years ago, and my parents led its expansion throughout the region. Today, I’m proud to represent the second generation of a locally owned and operated business, deeply connected to Western Canada’s business community, and we’re carrying that legacy forward through modernization and growth.”
