VICTORIA – The popular Rising Economy business conference returns for its fourth year March 6 to 8 at the Delta Ocean Pointe Resort in Victoria.

As the premier business event for business insiders, the transformative conference features a jam-packed agenda focused on helping businesses and organizations survive and succeed in the new economy.

With a stellar lineup of thought leaders and industry experts, the conference provides timely, actionable insights on business, the economy, innovation and technology — and leadership strategies for a rapidly changing world.

What to expect:

  • The latest intel and insights from industry leaders
  • Idea-expanding keynotes, panels & fireside chats
  • Trends and thought leadership to inform your strategies in the new economy
  • Opportunities to make valuable connections — MORE networking than ever
  • Practical, actionable takeaways to propel your organization forward
  • Lead generation

The conference is produced by South Island Prosperity Partnership (SIPP), Greater Victoria’s mandated economic development agency. Their 70+ members include municipal and First Nations governments, post-secondaries and industry associations, Chamber of Commerce and NGOs, and many of the region’s major employers.

In 2020, as part of their work supporting the region’s recovery efforts during the pandemic, SIPP launched the Rising Economy Conference. The annual event has since welcomed more than 2,500 attendees in deep exploration of key business and economic topics.

As SIPP’s flagship future-defining conference, Rising Economy brings together compelling local and national experts and thought leaders to help businesses understand and prepare for the opportunities and challenges ahead.

From small business owners to CEOs, managers, community leaders and policymakers, Rising Economy attracts dynamic people interested in shaping their organizations to meet the challenges and opportunities of Greater Victoria’s future.

Tickets range from $29 for youth to $199 for a full conference pass. Receive a 25%-off Early Bird Discount when you purchase your ticket by February 9. The virtual day (March 8) is free to attend.
