NewRoads Automotive Group (NewRoads), an established Ontario dealership group with significant community roots, has been acquired by OpenRoad Auto (OpenRoad), one of Canada’s largest automotive dealership groups, which has become the majority shareholder. Michael Croxon, who was previously the President and CEO of NewRoads, will continue to be an active participant and will undertake the role of President of OpenRoad Auto Ontario.
