Badinotti Group Buys Pacific Netting Products

CAMPBELL RIVER – The Badinotti Group, a fish containment solutions company, has acquired Seattle-based Pacific Netting Product, which specializes in the sale of nets and other containment structures.

Simon Proctor, who is General Manager of North America for Badinotti, will assume the leadership of PNP, adds: “I am thrilled to integrate PNP under the Badinotti Group umbrella. The acquisition is part of Badinotti’s global growth strategy and strengthens its position in the North American market.
