2023 Capital Region Commercial Building Award Finalists Announced!

VICTORIA – The 2023 Capital Region Commercial Building Award Finalists have been announced!

46 projects will be competing for top honours at the annual event, which will be held Thursday, November 23rd at the Delta Hotels Ocean Pointe Resort in Victoria.

“We’re beyond excited to help celebrate and promote the top commercial, multi-family, industrial and community real estate projects and developers across the region this year,” says John MacDonald, Publisher of the Business Examiner News Group, the organization producing the event.

“Attending this year will be more than 225 members of the construction, development and real estate sectors across South Vancouver Island, we look forward to connecting and celebrating with everyone on the 23rd!

Eligible projects were completed between January 1, 2022, and June 30, 2023, and located in South Vancouver Island, with the Malahat as the cut-off.

There will also be a Judges’ Choice Award for the best overall entry.
