This year local environmental management firm Ecofish Research is celebrating 20 years in business. Founded in 2001 to meet the need for reliable, trustworthy, science-based environmental consulting, Ecofish is known for providing top quality work, while efficiently and comprehensively addressing the needs of our clients while safeguarding the environment.

Their success is a result of a steadfast commitment to their four guiding principles: scientific excellence. professional environmental ethics, business discipline, and social responsibility.

Today Ecofish employs 125 professionals with over 50 staff located in the Comox Valley Regional District and surrounding areas. Aligned with their guiding principle of social responsibility, Ecofish takes pride in giving back to the community by supporting local non-profits like Project Watershed.

Over the past 20 years, the Ecofish team has worked with businesses, regulators, and First Nations to improve the environment and operations for over 300 projects in BC and internationally.
