COWICHAN VALLEY – The Duncan Cowichan Chamber of Commerce is delighted to announce the return of the Dine & Sip Cowichan Festival!  Now in its 7th year, the 2023 program will truly have something for everyone with a variety of fine dining, casual eateries, pubs, food trucks, family friendly spots, and specialty food stores to dine. Meanwhile, the craft beverage sector, including wineries, breweries, cideries, and distilleries will offer wonderful drinks to sip as well.

There are so many exquisite and unique places to visit in the Cowichan Valley, Dine & Sip is a great chance to enjoy old favourites or try out something new! You’ll find Dine & Sip deals in Duncan, Shawnigan Lake, Mill Bay, Cobble Hill, Cowichan Bay, Maple Bay, Genoa Bay, Lake Cowichan, Youbou, Chemainus and Ladysmith!  With over 45 venues to choose from, there’s guaranteed to be something special for tastes of all kinds from one end of the Valley to the other.

Dine & Sip Cowichan Partner Kenzie Knight, Tourism Cowichan adds, “Tourism Cowichan is thrilled to support the return of Dine & Sip Cowichan. This festival showcases the rich diversity of culinary experiences and artisanal food and drink that Cowichan has to offer. We encourage both visitors and residents to take part in enjoying our region’s local flavours and supporting our incredible businesses, growers, and producers.”

2023 is the fourth year that the Chamber will partner with Island Savings, A Division of First West Credit Union, to incorporate a give-back element to the culinary festival. This year, for every Dine Cowichan meal purchased during the campaign period, Island Savings will donate $5 to local Cowichan-area Food Banks (Up to $5,000), through their signature cause, The Full Cupboard. Each five-dollar donation can provide up to 15 meals for someone in need in our communities.

Dine & Sip Cowichan runs from March 2nd through to the 26th. Participating venues will be providing a wide range of creative dishes and craft beverage offerings at fabulous prices!
