NORTH ISLAND

NorthIsle Copper and Gold Inc. has announced an agreement with Paradigm Capital Inc. as the lead agent and sole bookrunner for a syndicate of agents, including Agentis Capital Markets Limited Partnership as co-lead agent. This agreement pertains to a private placement financing aiming for total proceeds of approximately $9,000,376. The financing will consist of up to 10,836,000 common shares qualifying as “flow-through shares” at a price of $0.646 per share, and up to 5,264,000 common shares at a price of $0.38 per share.

For the procurement of a centrifuge dewatering system at the Tsulquate wastewater treatment facility, the District of Port Hardy is soliciting Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from qualified suppliers. Contact Antonio Defreitas, Manager of Capital Projects, by November 21st to submit your EOI.

Kim Rutherford, a Staff Sergeant, was appointed Detachment Commander of Port Hardy.
