BCREA Podcast: 20 Percent Rise In Home Sales Reported

BRITISH COLUMBIA – The summer was a busy season for residential home sales in BC, according to statistics released by the British Columbia Real Estate Association (BCREA). In his regular monthly video podcast, Cameron Muir, the BCREA’s Chief Economist reported that in August some 8,800 homes changed hands, an increase of more than 20 percent over the same month last year. In addition, year to date residential home sales in the province are up more than 22 percent from the same time period in 2014.
