NANAIMO – The 2017 VIBE Awards (Vancouver Island Building Excellence) were recently held at the Vancouver Island Conference Centre in Nanaimo.
The event, produced by the Canadian Home Builders’ Association – Vancouver Island (CHBA-VI), showcase the best in residential construction, design and renovation on Vancouver Island and are recognized as Vancouver Island’s premier residential housing awards program.
The Gala was MC’d by CTV’s Jessica Lepp with entertainment by Easy Street. This special event celebrated all of the finalists and the high level of excellence that the VIBE Awards honour.
An esteemed panel of industry professionals and longtime CHBA members from outside Vancouver Island judged the entries. The judges’ scores were tabulated by the accounting firm of MNP.

The night’s big winners were TS Williams Construction and project partner KB Design and MAC Renovations both taking home four VIBE Awards. Pheasant Hill Homes took home five wards including both Home Builder of the Year and Renovator of the Year. For pictures of the event click here.
