Wilden Living Lab Next Generation Home was the Major Winner at CHBA-CO 2023 Awards

KELOWNA – CHBA-CO announced the winners of the 2023 Okanagan Housing Awards of Excellence at the Feb 4th event.
The Wilden Living Lab Next Generation Home was the major winner, taking home five awards. The project is part of a research initiative by UBC Okanagan, FortisBC, the Wilden Group, AuthenTech Homes and Okanagan College.

The project won: Certified Home – Custom; Excellence in Creating a Feature/Innovation in a Home; Environmental Initiative (residential or commercial); Public or Private Partnership and Single Family Home Builder of the Year Large Volume (11 homes or more) (must be entered by a home builder).
