The Kamloops Truss administration team works diligently behind the scenes, ensuring the smooth operation of the business.

“With their exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail, our admin team ensures that inquiries are promptly addressed, orders are processed efficiently, and communication flows smoothly between departments,” says Gina. “They are the bridge that connects our customers, suppliers, and internal teams, mak-ing sure that everyone is well-informed and supported.
“Our sales team goes above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience for homeowners, contractors, and building centers,” she notes.
“They are trusted project partners, guiding customers through the process and connecting with other departments. They are the vital link between customers and internal departments. They collaborate closely with designers, production teams, and the shipping department, ensuring that every project progresses smoothly.”
Kamloops Truss has a team of Engineered Wood Product (EWP) designers that takes pride in their craft, creating custom trusses, beams and floor systems for a wide variety of projects.
“Our designers work closely with clients and framers to bring visions to life,” Gina states. “They utilize new software and their expertise to enhance structural integrity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. With their in-depth knowledge our designers ensure that designs are precisely engineered for maximum strength and stability.”
EWP Production is set up to accommodate large-scale projects to custom designs, including top quality joists, LVL and glulam beams.

“Equipped with tools such as Husqvarna 572 saws, and years of experience, our dedicated EWP team works diligently to ensure efficiency in every cut,” Gina points out. “They take pride in preparing material that exceed expectations.”
The Shipping Department plays a crucial role in ensuring that orders reach customers on time.
“With their knowledge of transportation logistics and meticulous attention to detail, they ensure that every delivery is handled with precision and care,” she notes. “They collaborate closely with our drivers, customers, and framers, making sure that every step of the process runs smoothly.
“From the moment an order is processed to the time it arrives on site, our shipping team provides a smooth experience. Our Drivers understand the importance of reliable and efficient deliveries, and they go above and beyond to exceed expectations.”
Gina adds: “With quality tools and automated equipment to minimize waste, our truss builders skillfully craft raw materials into sturdy and reliable truss systems. They assemble and secure each component, ensuring structural integrity and long-lasting performance.”
