KELOWNA – Kerkhoff Construction has announced that two show suites for Kelowna’s newest high-rise, 1151 Sunset Drive, are now on display at their presentation centre on 1001 Manhattan Drive.
The public will have now have the chance to preview what their future homes may look like at Kelowna’s most prestigious address. Two fully-furnished show suites displaying designs for one-bedroom and den and two-bedroom and den condos will give the public a better sense of what some of the 117 condominiums will look and feel like.
Those visiting the new presentation centre will be able to walk through two show suites that highlight some key features including 9’ ceilings, plank engineered hardwood flooring throughout the main living areas, quartz and marble countertops and designer-style polished chrome faucets and shower heads to name a few.
Sales of the homes will not commence until late September, so previews are only with the intent of providing the public with more information about the recently resurrected site prior to making a decision to purchase. The development will also include 7 townhomes around the podium.
The building will feature a concrete and glass tower with contemporary colour accents, reflective pond in front, with a cascading waterfall, modern glass and concrete façade, and extensive amenities such as a multi-purpose room with adjacent outdoor space and BBQ area, plunge pool; fitness room and a business centre.
