KAMLOOPS – Return on investment is what the ROI Media Works is all about.

The digital marketing company focuses on making sure the investments their clients make in online marketing efforts pay off.

“Our larger clients are receiving returns anywhere from 2-17X (or 200- 700 per cent) their investment,” says CEO and founder V Krishna Lakkineni. “That high return makes a huge difference for them, and for us. It shows that what we do for them works, and how using our tools and solutions can make a difference in their business.”

Besides strategic digital marketing campaigns, the award winning company ROI offers WordPress Websites, E-commerce, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), programmatic advertising and social media campaigns.

One of their clients, Rapid Cool Mechanical, achieved a 600 per cent increase in external links and 400 per cent increase in sales conversions through the digital website and marketing campaigns created by ROI Media Works. Heavy Metal Gym, that has grown their memberships by 300 per cent and a direct 2-3X more in bottom line revenues.

ROI Media Works has 10 employees and contractors between their Kamloops and Vancouver offices, and Lakkineni says the company has launched over 500 different projects for clients since opening its doors in 2010.

“We’ve won numerous awards over the years, and being a TEDx speaker and Amazon bestselling author, I’ve produced lots of content,” he says, noting they have clients up and down the West Coast, including Hawaii, and Alberta. “We’re in the forefront of driving business for our clients, utilizing our marketing skills.”

Lakkineni says ROI Media Works offers a unique Omni channel approach for clients, which helps small to medium sized businesses to maintain consistent brand experience and compete with giants like Amazon and Walmart.

“How can a small business build a brand that is supported locally, and still be in business, compete and be profitable,” he says. “A lot of local businesses have the same products as these large companies, but there are a lot of community supporters that want to buy and support local. We know how to build that bond and reach those Holiday season in particular is a great time to build that bond.”

ROI Media Works has been innovating and utilizing the latest technology since its inception, and that allows them to present game changing opportunities for utilizing ever-changing applications like Google ads or Google search, for example.

“We have been building our own tool set based on the Omni channel approach,” he adds. “Third party cookies are going away, which means some companies won’t be able to advertise the way they have.”

ROI Media Works has been growing close to 20 per cent year over year, although they slowed down during Covid like many other companies. Their volumes are now back to pre-Covid levels.

“Providing clients with the best possible solutions has made a huge difference for them and for us,” Lakkineni says. “There is so much grey area when it comes to digital marketing, and when a client spends X amount of money for an ad campaign, there is no clear cut way of determining how it is working, or if it is bringing any business in at all. We have a solution for that.”
