KELOWNA CHAMBER NEW CHAIR & VICE CHAIR SWORN IN

KELOWNA – The new Chair and Vice-Chair for 2024-2025 of the Kelowna Chamber were sworn in at the recent 2023 AGM luncheon at the Coast Capri.

City Representative and Councillor Maxine DeHart swore in Maryse Harvey of MH2 Advisory Services as Chair – and Derek Gratz of the UBC Okanagan Industry Liaison Office as Vice Chair in front of members of the Chamber.

Incoming Chair Maryse Harvey said, “I look forward to working alongside our new board members to further strengthen the Chamber’s collective voice to the benefit of our local businesses. This term will be an important one as we ramp up the implementation of our new strategic plan, designed to build on the Chamber’s impact and influence as a forward-looking organization”.

Derek Gratz

Derek Gratz, new Vice Chair, and long-time member of the Policy Advisory Committee said “I’m so pleased to serve as the Vice Chair with Maryse and the rest of the board Directors in the coming year. My years as a director on the Board have been rewarding, and I am sure 2024-2025 will be engaging and fulfilling for our board.”

The other directors of the 2024-2025 Board will be sworn in at the annual Presidents Dinner on April 25 at the Coast Capri Hotel.
