Shekinah Dohms, a 2018 Thompson Rivers graduate with a Red Seal certification joined Howell Electric as a first-year electrical apprentice back in 2014. Shekinah started working as a Forewoman soon after graduation, running large, commercial and multi-residential job sites. Fast forward to today, Shekinah, is now a respected and accomplished Project Manager. Shekinah’s journey is an inspiration to many, working in a predominantly male industry, she has earned the respect of her peers through her dedication, knowledge, and experience. She is a role model not just for women but for anyone aspiring to succeed in the construction industry.
