VERNONKingFisher Boats announced the promotions of Baxter Bolton to President at KingFisher Boats, and Brad Armstrong to Chief Financial Officer at Bryton Marine Group – KingFisher’s parent company.

Baxter Bolton brings a wealth of leadership experience to his new position. With a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary and a diverse professional background, including notable accomplishments such as being recognized as Top Rookie Producer and Rookie of the Year during his tenure at Student Works Painting Franchise, Baxter has consistently demonstrated excellence across various industries.

Previously serving as Vice President of Sales and Product at KingFisher Boats, Baxter played a pivotal role in driving company growth and maintaining its status as a premier aluminum boat builder in the Pacific Northwest. His extensive background, including experience at Telwater, the largest aluminum boat builder in the Southern Hemisphere, uniquely positions him to guide KingFisher into its next phase of expansion and innovation.

In his new capacity as President, Baxter Bolton will oversee all facets of KingFisher Boats, emphasizing the preservation of the brand’s market leadership and expansion into new territories. Additionally, Baxter will lead initiatives to identify and capitalize on emerging market/industry trends, ensuring that KingFisher remains at the forefront of innovation and adaptation. His vision for the company aligns with its long-term objectives, which include enhancing lives through aquatic experiences, fostering a culture of continual improvement, and being regarded as a premier employer in the community.

Brad Armstrong, a seasoned Chartered Professional Accountant with over three decades of financial management experience, has been instrumental in KingFisher Boats’ achievements as its former President. Now assuming the role of Chief Financial Officer at Bryton Marine Group, KingFisher’s parent entity, Brad will leverage his robust financial expertise and track record of facilitating the acquisition of four companies to oversee financial operations across the group, manage banking and treasury functions, and support ongoing growth initiatives.
