OKANAGAN – The Association of Interior Realtors welcomes Mohamed Ladak as its new Chief Executive Officer.

His leadership background and in-depth knowledge of member-based organizations will play a key role in enhancing the Association’s efforts to support its members, promote professional excellence, and advance advocacy initiatives within the real estate sector across the Interior of British Columbia.

“The Association is thrilled to announce that Mo is stepping into the organization with a fresh, forward-thinking approach, focused on strengthening member relationships. With Mo’s energy and dedication to our goals, we’re ready to push forward in exciting new ways, making an even greater impact for our members and solidifying our position as leaders in the real estate industry,” says Association President Kaytee Sharun.

Known for his well-rounded leadership, Ladak is committed to delivering outstanding member experiences, cultivating strong partnerships, and driving meaningful progress. He is recognized for leading with integrity, respect, and inspiration, blending strategic thinking with agile execution.

As CEO, Ladak will work closely with the Board of Directors and the Association’s staff to enhance services for REALTOR® members and strengthen the Association’s presence within the real estate industry, both provincially and nationally.
