ARMSTRONG – The Armstrong Spallumcheen Chamber of Commerce is looking forward to welcoming members and guests Wednesday May 4th 2022 as they present ‘Blue Jeans & Bling’ – an evening of networking, award presentations, entertainment, and more at Farmstrong Cider Co.
‘An event like this cannot happen without support,’ said Sean Newton, President Armstrong Spallumcheen Chamber of Commerce, ‘or without nominees.’
‘We are pleased to announce Community Futures North Okanagan is our diamond sponsor for the evening along with Ruby Sponsors Rancho Vignola and Farmstrong Cider Co.,’ continued Newton. ‘Category sponsors have also been confirmed and we are very grateful for their continued support after a 2 year hiatus.’

Nominations are now open and the sponsors for each of the 10 categories will be on hand to present the unique awards created by Final Touch.
Doors open at 5pm, dinner at 6pm followed by the awards presentation.
‘This event celebrates the best of our community,’ said Cheryl Hood, 1st Vice President . ‘There are so many deserving businesses. Chamber member or not, all businesses within Armstrong Spallumcheen are eligible to be nominated.’
Newton will be hosting the awards presentation with board and staff participation and as usual, some impromptu moments to keep you laughing.
After the awards are presented along with gift baskets from Rancho Vignola, those in attendance will enjoy a ‘Fire Show’ presented by Kinshira Performance Troupe.
‘We are excited by the opportunity to host this event at Farmstrong Cider Co.,’ said Lori Shepherd, 2nd Vice President, ‘ and to gather together and celebrate as a business community for the first time in 2 years. It should be fun.’
