The city is currently considering lease proposals until June 30 for space owned by Delta at the Royal Oaks in Tsawwassen, with a base price of $30 per square foot.

In collaboration with the Community Prosperity Fund, the Delta Community Foundation (DCF) will grant $500,000 to qualified Delta charities. By June 24th, applications can be submitted online via the Vancouver Foundation‘s application portal.

The Delta Hospital and Community Health Foundation will be hosting the 25th annual Century Group Delta Health Classic Golf Tournament at Tsawwassen Springs on Thursday, June 13, to raise funds for the Delta Hospital Campus of Care’s priority equipment requirements.

Fraser Health Authority has seen a 112 per cent increase in completed surgeries, 113 per cent increase in OR time, and 20 per cent reduction in surgical waitlist size compared to 2019-20.

Twenty localities in the province, including Surrey, Langley, and others, have ambitious housing quotas established by the provincial government. In order to address the housing problem, these localities are expected to construct thousands of affordable homes over the next five years, in addition to planning them.

The parks, recreation, and culture department selected White Star Property Services for shade tree base care services, and the city council in Surrey has awarded them a $484,500 contract for seven months starting June 1.
