DELTA 

Options Community Services Society has begun the process of finding a new CEO as Christine Mohr will be leaving her position as CEO on June 30, 2025.

JPS19 Development Ltd. has submitted an application to the City of Delta to replace seven single-family residences at 82nd Avenue and 112th Street with two three-story townhouse structures and a four-story apartment complex, totaling 152 units.

BMG Projects (Delta) Inc. has submitted an application to the city to combine two properties, a vacant lot at 11958 93A Ave. and 9321 Scott Rd., which is currently the location of a two-story commercial building, in order to construct a 32-story mixed-use development that would create 3,466 square feet of commercial space and 395 residential units, including 59 rental units.
