Stacey Crawford is the new CEO of Bridgehead Investment Corporation
MISSION – The City of Mission has announced the appointment of the inaugural Chief Executive Officer for Mission Bridgehead Investment Corporation. After an extensive competitive process, the Bridgehead Board of Directors have selected Stacey Crawford as CEO.
With a proven track record of delivering results for the City of Mission as the Director of Economic Development since 2009, Crawford most recently took on the responsibility of Chief Operating Officer at Bridgehead to ensure a smooth start-up of the City’s newly formed economic development corporation.
“After a very careful recruiting process, it became clear to the entire Bridgehead Board that the best person for the role of CEO was already a part of our team,” said Paul Horn, City of Mission Mayor and Bridgehead Board Member. “No one knows Mission’s economic landscape like Stacey and no candidate could match his longstanding record of establishing great business relationships and opportunities. Under Stacey’s leadership, Bridgehead will be able to get to work very quickly.”
Mission Bridgehead Investment Corporation was formed in 2023 without an increase in property taxes. The corporation’s mandate is to drive opportunities for investment, promotion, and partnership in Mission. It is managed by a Board of Directors.
Stacey Crawford was the Director of Economic Development for the City of Mission since 2009, where he honed his expertise in community economic development by overseeing the municipality’s economic, tourism, and film development initiatives, including the award-winning Mission Waterfront Revitalization Master Plan. His diverse background encompasses residential and commercial real estate, community development, and commercial finance.

In his role as CEO, Crawford will drive Bridgehead’s strategic vision, which includes an initial focus to advance the Waterfront Revitalization Initiative and facilitate the re-development of underutilized industrial lands.
